Texans gymnastics is under the direction of Debbie Kaitschuck, 4-time recipient of US National and International coach of the year awards. Debbie has been coaching gymnastics since 1978.  She was Head Coach for Oral Roberts University from 1978-1982 and U.S. National Team coach from 1989-2002. Debbie has experience as a Level 10 Judge in additon to being an Elite Athlete and a 4-time Collegiate All-American as well as a 2-time Collegiate National Champion.  Debbie served on the International Program Committe for the Elite Level from 1993-1996. In 1997 she was the recipient of US Elite National Coach of the Year, US International Coach of the Year and the US Female Elite Coach of the Year Awards.  In 1997 and 1999 she was the recipient of US Elite National Coach of the Year.  She has qualified numerous Level 8 Regional, Level 9 National and Level 10 National and JO National team competitors.Debbie has coached over 60 qualified elite athletes, has assisted over 70 full athletic scholarships to the top NCAA schools and 47 US National team members. Debbie coached Carly Patterson to her first National Team position and her first National Elite Title in 2001.
